Recruitment process outsourcing for UAE employers.

Bring specialist recruitment support into your hiring plan. Latinum HR’s teams in India and the UAE help companies recruit mid-senior professionals and leaders, with the engagement scoped around the work your business needs.

An extension of your team

Start with the hiring problem you need to solve.

Your team may need specialist sourcing, help coordinating recurring requirements or support for a defined hiring project. The right arrangement starts with an agreed scope—not a promise that outsourcing is always cheaper or that one model suits every employer.

Specialist requirements

Our experience includes IT, cybersecurity, BFSI, real estate and retail. We focus on the responsibilities and relevant experience behind a job title.

Established teams and growing businesses

Discuss the capacity your talent-acquisition team needs, whether you are adding expertise to an existing function or planning a specific recruitment programme.

India and UAE teams, global support

We serve employers across India and have recruited into the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman and Kuwait.

Agree the responsibilities

Define what your recruitment partner will own.

RPO can cover different combinations of recruitment activities. During scoping, establish which stages Latinum will support, what your team retains and how decisions will be made.

The role and hiring brief

Clarify responsibilities, required expertise, location, compensation budget and the business outcomes behind each appointment.

Sourcing and preliminary checks

Discuss relevant candidate channels, screening criteria and the evidence hiring managers need alongside a shortlist.

Coordination and communication

Agree interview responsibilities, feedback expectations and candidate communication so important decisions do not stall between teams.

Reporting and visibility

Specify useful pipeline measures, review points and an escalation route. Confirm any systems or ATS collaboration in the engagement scope.

Offer and joining support

Establish the support required through offer discussion and joining, with final approvals and employer responsibilities clearly identified.

Boundaries and handover

Confirm exclusions, candidate-record handling, changes in demand and the treatment of open roles when an engagement ends.

Choose the arrangement

Project support, continuing recruitment or a focused search.

A defined hiring project

Where there is a set of approved requirements and a clear period of work, discuss the team, activities and deliverables needed for that project. Role complexity and internal decision capacity matter as much as the number of vacancies.

Ongoing recruitment support

For recurring work, explore monthly recruitment support. Confirm included capacity and commercial terms rather than assuming a fixed fee covers unlimited hiring.

A specialist or leadership appointment

One critical vacancy may be better served by specialist recruitment or a confidential executive search. We can discuss the requirement without forcing it into a larger programme.

Compare scope before price

Read our UAE guide to agency fees and retainers. Its worked figures are illustrative—not Latinum’s rate card—and demonstrate why demand, responsibilities and commitment change the comparison.

Specialist recruitment practice

Look beyond the list of technologies on a CV.

In cybersecurity recruitment, a long skills list can conceal very different levels of experience. Latinum’s recruiters use domain knowledge in preliminary discussions to examine what a candidate has actually done, rather than treating every listed tool as a demonstrated capability.

Our cybersecurity hiring experience includes CISO, VAPT, cybersecurity analyst, channel sales and information-security administration roles across India, the UAE and Saudi Arabia, involving BFSI, manufacturing, insurance and e-commerce.

This is a description of our practice experience, not a promise of a universal shortlist timeline or placement outcome. Explore cybersecurity recruitment or tell us which expertise your next hire needs.

Questions, answered

Recruitment outsourcing questions

What is recruitment process outsourcing?

RPO is an arrangement in which an external partner supports agreed parts of the recruitment process. Scope can vary by project and employer. Define responsibilities, deliverables and decision-making before appointment.

Can we keep our internal talent-acquisition team?

Yes, the discussion can start with the support your existing team needs. Confirm the activities to be shared or delegated and how your hiring managers will participate.

How much does RPO cost?

Pricing depends on the approved scope, team capacity, role complexity, locations, duration and commercial structure. Ask for a scoped proposal. We do not publish a universal price or guaranteed percentage saving.

Is there a minimum annual hiring volume?

There is no universal threshold that makes one model right. Consider the work required, the expertise needed, the resources already available and what happens if demand changes.

Does recruitment support include payroll or visa sponsorship?

Not automatically. Recruitment process support is distinct from employing workers, payroll outsourcing or immigration services. Confirm any separate requirement, responsibility and applicable permissions explicitly.

What should we share for an initial discussion?

Share the roles, work locations, responsibility levels, salary budgets, likely timing and current process. Explain which stages are difficult and which decisions you want to retain.

Build the right scope for your hiring plan.

Tell us where your team needs support. We’ll discuss an appropriate recruitment approach for your business.
