This website is operated by Latinum HR Solutions Pvt. Ltd. For questions about website enquiries or information you have shared, email contactus@latinumhr.com.

This notice describes the website features and enquiry routes below. A client engagement, recruitment assignment or external platform may involve additional information and terms. Ask us about the process relevant to your situation before sharing sensitive or confidential material.

Company enquiries

The website enquiry form asks for your name, work email, company, phone number with country code, company location, service interest and message. The compensation benchmarking enquiry also includes the selected role and benchmark context.

These forms use FormSubmit to process submissions and route them to Latinum HR at contactus@latinumhr.com. Details you enter are therefore shared with that submission service as well as Latinum HR. Contact consent on these forms concerns responding to your enquiry; it is not a newsletter subscription.

Please do not include identity documents, confidential payroll records, client secrets or candidate CVs in a company enquiry. An on-screen acceptance message means that the submission service accepted the request, not that it has been independently confirmed in our inbox. Email us if you need another way to make contact.

Job applications and CVs

Jobseekers are directed to email their CV to jobs@ats.latinumhr.com. There is no CV upload form on this website. A CV emailed to that address is handled through the recruitment email route, not through the salary calculator.

Only include information relevant to your application. Before sending sensitive information, or if you want to ask how your CV will be used, retained or shared for a particular recruitment process, contact Latinum HR. This website notice does not specify a universal retention period for recruitment records.

Salary calculators

The free salary calculations run in your browser and do not require contact details. If you choose to submit an employer benchmarking enquiry, the enquiry form sends your contact information and selected benchmark details using the route described above.

Explicit calculator analytics events use the audience and supported role, country and level selections. They are not designed to include your name, email, phone number, message, budget or the body of an email draft. Unknown free-text job titles are not included in those explicit events.

Website analytics, fonts and hosting

The website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand visits and interactions. Its website tags can use cookies and send usage information to Google. See Google's cookie explanation and Google's privacy policy for its practices and controls. Your browser settings can restrict cookies and requests; some settings may affect website features.

The pages also request fonts from Google Fonts. Hosting, font and analytics services receive the technical request information needed to provide their services. This notice does not claim that all processing occurs in a single country or that every browser or analytics setting is identical.

DexterCV and other external links

DexterCV is a separate platform created by Latinum HR's founders. Resume creation and optional HR consultation bookings take place on that platform, not in Latinum's website enquiry form. Review the external platform's terms and privacy information before creating an account, booking a service or making a payment. Following a link does not by itself submit a Latinum enquiry.

Questions and requests about your information

Email contactus@latinumhr.com if you want to ask about information you supplied, its retention, correction or deletion, or an enquiry you no longer want us to pursue. Identify the relevant interaction without sending passwords or unnecessary identity documents. The process and any applicable obligations depend on the data and the request; this page does not promise a fixed response or deletion period.
